Fulfillment:
It takes 2-7 business days to create a product and fulfill and order.
Shipping:
The average time is 4 business days depending on the delivery destination.
How are shipping rates calculated?
Similar products are items that are grouped together under one shipping category and have the same shipping rates. Example: The cost for shipping one t-shirt to the USA is $3.99 which is the price in the First product row. Then if an order has 2 t-shirts, the shipping for the second t-shirt will cost $1.25 which is the price in the Additional product row. All together the cost for shipping two t-shirts to the USA is $5.24.
There are some products that we'll ship separately due to packaging and fulfillment differences. These products are: mugs, grooming oils, and snapback hats.
To calculate the shipping cost for orders with products that ship separately, you'll have to add the shipping price from the First product row of both products
We offer international shipping for some of our products.
Returns:
At Manerle, our biggest goal is meet and exceed the expectations of customers. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact our customer service team within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can get that mishap sorted out for you!
The rules and procedures for returns are as follows:
Items can be returned for store credit only, issued in the form of a gift card sent via email. We cannot issue refunds.
All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that we ship out your order.
Anything purchased with any form of personalization is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Returned items must remain un-washed and unworn.
Include your return form and original receipt. (It helps us out if you circle the item(s) you wish to return.)
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.
*Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.

Changing or Cancelling Your Order
Things happen! If you to change or cancel your order we totally understand and are here to help but you must contact us immediately! The Manerle Team is always trying to beat their record, which means they pack and ship orders fast! Once they initially process your order in the warehouse (usually within 24 hours) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
Did you forget something? Have you ever had that moment when you’ve just submitted your order and you realize you forgot to add an item to your cart? Well, we have. First, contact us immediately! We may be able to add the item to your existing order, but only if The Manerle Team have not already processed your order (usually within 24 hours). We cannot add additional items to your order once it has been processed. If you miss that window, place a new order for that missing item, and, if it is within 24 hours of your previous order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to ship it out with your first order or waive the shipping fee on this additional order. Just email us at contact@manerle.com and include both order numbers in your message.
